What to do in case of an accident
IN CASE OF ASSISTANCE
In case of request for Assistance or Medical Expenses during the trip due to hospitalization, contact the Operation Center (active 24 hours a day) at the number +39 06 42115840 to which you will have to communicate
- personal data of the Insured;
- policy number;
- type of intervention required;
- temporary telephone number;
- Hospital data (name and telephone number, department of hospitalization, name of the doctor who took care of the patient);
- contact details of any family members/escorts traveling with the Insured Person
IN CASE OF REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST
Report the accident within 30 days from the return of the Insured, providing all the documentation necessary for the management of the accident (General Conditions of Insurance - OBLIGATIONS IN CASE OF REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST) to:
